ter is very important to the health of the people; they have to take at least five to six liters of water daily. They should rink water since this helps in cleaning the blood; they help to travel the blood flow all over the body. The other important function water in body is that they carry the impurities from the blood to its bladder. So the water is very important to be taken by the people. If the people don’t take proper water for them then they have to face some health problems in them, the first one that if they don’t take good water they could get the urine tract infection in them. That is the worst case for many people, if they don’t drink water they have to deal with this. When the body goes short of the water then the organs inside could not function properly they could be very slow when compared to other times. So it’s better to take water more so that the people could avoid health problems regarding water. When the people take water they should take clean water so that it could help them to prevent from the water borne diseases.
