All human being like to admire the beauties nothing is wrong in admiring the real beauty. But the most of the people like to adore only those things which one beautiful only to see, the insect eating plants like nepenthes are one among the most graceful flowers, the insects are attracted by the color of the flower and leaves it’s life. In this same passion most of us would like to fall only those beautiful things without understanding the danger behind it. No harm is looking into the beauty but quality is important more than beauty. Before selecting anything apart from its beauty we have to concentrate and put our effort to fine the real quality of it. There are many tales in the myth which are a very good example where the things happened wrong because of the beauty, one such a very good example in lot of traditional stories like Julio and Robert, and some of the true stories, and in Hindu’s religion stories we have some example like “Ramayana”. Ravanan the great ruler of the Lanka was not able to be defined by any other rulers. Even though he was great he was attached by the beauty of “Sita” and lost his mind and finally lost his life also. So we should advice the beauty without losing ourselves.

Conditional Health

Time and opportunities waits for no one, so everyone will greets old us time goes away. All this fantasy beauty will last only for few years. So the real beauty can be maintained throughout by having good health. Beauty may very important but internal purity and good character are real resource of god. We have to work to find our eternal quality and try to improve it to make ourselves more pleasant to others, speaking very kindly to other will reduce one’s tension and keep their health good. If we have a sound body we can maintain our beauty very easily. If there is no tension, then the circulation of blood will be very normal and casual and make skin shining and smiling always will relax our muscles in face and retain normal blood flow in veins. Bleaching and hair straitening will make us exposure to high heat which cause all damage like hair coloring will result in eye inflection. Going to Gym

Many have the habit of going to gym to make their body fit to make themselves beauty. Going to gym is really good for health, by doing various exercises the body losses the extra weight and avoid lot of disease. Nowadays heart attack comes often too many people because none and more fact accumulates in body. So for the sake of beauty we should not avoid the exposure. And each and every one should warmly welcome the new trends, those who are beauty cautious, people will admire them for their beauty, we are not living for the admire, so we should care of health apart from beauty. Beauty and health should go hand to hand to have a very prosperous and peaceful life.

The modern girls often do plastic surgeries to make them look so beautiful, by removing the skins and muscles of some organs to make it look different and gorgeous, by doing like this surgeries and they alternating some normal function of the body. Plastic surgery is done many times to the pop king Michael Jackson to make him look so fair. Because of these surgeries he started to fall sick and in one point he lost his life too. Many actress are doing this plastic surgery to make their thighs look sexy, many used to do this to remove some of the scars in the body. Plastic surgery is usually done to those who had burnings in the skin remove the dead burn cells. But nowadays the trend has been changed to do these surgeries for beauty. To make ourselves beauty we always depend on the artificial things, but we avoiding the natural substances. Beauty has power but there are various ways to improve it, being slim and fair doesn’t the very important factor of life body health is very essential. So everyone should avoid harming the health. Health is mandatory so everyone should have the habit of practicing good natural ways to improve beauty.

Beauty in general

If we ask in general about the beauty everyone will say skin and fit girls are looking so beautiful, most of the film actress are working hard to make them so slim and fit to prove that they are so beautiful. To make them look slim always many actress are doing gastric bye-pass surgery, gastric bye pass surgery means removing half the intestine of directing them closely to colon, this type of surgery is called as gastric bye pass. While doing like this half of the amount of food they take is by passed directly to colon which is of no use, only few amount of nutrients will be supplied to the body thorough this surgery or by doing this surgery. The whole intestine is dismantled to another position changing so much of process inside the body which is really not good for health. Beauty is important for body but we should make it so harm. By doing this surgery very much amount of nutrients alone reaches the blood which leads to many complications is body. This poor nutrition leads even sometime to Como because of not sufficient amount of nutrients brain for its functions.
