In this modern world everyone is giving Importance to beauty only, so much of fairness creams and lotions and many packs make their skin shinny. But they are not really good for health. Our skin normally produce a pigment called melatonin is skin. This melatonin is responsible for color of the skin, these melatonin are produced by various process inside each cell of the body. But bleaching or by using creams inside melatonin is reduced to a considerable amount. Melatonin have various important functions inside the body like it reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease is hyper cholesterolemia. But they reducing its level we are lacking ourselves prove to diseases, these creams also reduce the blood circulation in the cells. Bleaching will digest the skin cells and gives fairness which is again not a good practice. Nowadays girls use so much of cosmetics to make their selves very fair. But these cosmetics are really very hazarders to our health. We can accept the modern trends and make our self modern but it’s very unfair to get addicted to it.
